How to Navigate Within the Inventory Reports
	A Safe Spot's My Belongings CD Inventory Reports are provided as a series of web pages, so you use the same basic techniques for moving around your inventory reports as you would any other online web pages.  Simply click on the given links to view the pages desired. Many of the pages provide a link back to the previous page, or in the case of the detail pages, back to the Report Index page.   Clicking on the thumbnail images will display the full image in a separate window.
What the Reports Will Show You
	Item Summary Reports
		The Item Summary Reports display a single line for each inventory item, with a link to the detailed information about the item.  Use these reports to drill down to the more item specific information, such as comments and purchase information, as well as any stored images, or attachments.  The individual report selections are used to display the information by a different ordering: By Description - A simple alphabetical listing by the description name.  Use this report to quickly find an item by name. By Category - Groups the inventory listing by the category or type of item, such as electronics, furniture, etc.  Use this report to find like items in your inventory. By Location - Groups the inventory listing by the room locations.  Also shows a thumbnail of the location's image, if one is provided.  This report is great for re-checking an inventory on a room-by-room basis.
	Valuation Reports
		The Valuation Reports provide cost and market value totaling values for your inventory.  The individual report selections are used to display and subtotal the inventory by different criteria: By Description - A full listing of the entire inventory, listed alphabetically by the description name.  This report only displays the totals for the inventory. By Category - Displays a subtotal for each category grouping of inventory items.  A total amount is also displayed at the bottom of the report. By Location - Displays a subtotal for each location grouping of inventory items.  A total amount is also displayed at the bottom of the report.
	Warranty Report
		The Warranty Report provides a listing of any warranty items by order of expiration date.  This is a great way to monitor your upcoming warranty expiration dates.
How to Print Out the Reports
	For most needs, you shouldn't need to print out these reports onto paper, simply make a copy of the CD.  But should the need arise, these reports can indeed be printed out.  In order to do this while maintaining the formatting, the following items should be addressed: Page width - For most printers, simply setting the left and right margins to their smallest allowed values will allow the entire page to fit on the paper without clipping off the right-most edge.  Some browser also provide a "Fit to Page" or "Scaling" option, but use this option only as a last resort as it tends to affect output quality and readability. Font size - For some browsers, you can also change the font-size to reduce the width and height needed without affecting the quality of the printout.
